Before you write
How quickly do you reply?
We usually reply within the day. For an urgent request or an imminent stay, WhatsApp remains the fastest channel.
How far in advance should we contact you?
Ideally four to six weeks for a full stay, more in high season or for a special occasion. We also handle last-minute requests subject to availability.
Do we have to hand everything over?
No. Some clients entrust us with the whole stay, others only with restaurants or one particular outing. The service is modular.
Do you work in French?
Yes. Maison Kanaï is a French-speaking concierge. We also work in English.
What happens after the form?
We get back in touch to clarify your plan, then send you a detailed proposal. Nothing is booked without your approval.
